Today, we speak to Chloe, one of our Talent Partners…

1. Tell us about your working background

I have been working as a recruitment consultant for the care sector for the last 4 and a half years.

2. What is your role at Connect2Swindon?

I am a Talent Partner at Connect2Swindon covering the Non-Qualified Care and Waste sectors.

3. What do you like about working in recruitment?

The best thing about working in recruitment is getting to know our clients and candidates, and being able to build a good working relationship with both, placing temps in roles that they enjoy.

4. What are you most looking forward to about your new role?

I am looking forward to understanding the needs of the services I will be supporting and building a good pool of staff to be able to give the council a consistent staffing solution.

5. What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

In my spare time, I am a bit of a hermit! However, I enjoy crocheting intricate blankets and spending time with my family and fur babies Xena and Bella.

6. Any top tips for jobseekers?  

Be honest about your experience and keep good communication with recruiters. This will help progress your applications far quicker.
